This newly granted patent covers the use of Immunophotonics’ lead asset, IP-001, in combination with checkpoint inhibitors for the treatment of solid tumors. The issuance of this patent represents an important step in extending protection of the company’s proprietary platform technology into one of the world’s largest and most rapidly evolving healthcare markets, further reinforcing its international intellectual property position.
